This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and WB CASINO LOG LTD for the WB Casino Log software product, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation ("Software").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.
By using WB Casino Log, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA and our Privacy Policy.
WB CASINO LOG LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
Install and use the Software on iOS devices you own or control for personal gaming session tracking purposes.
Access and use all app features including session logging, analytics, history, and data export in accordance with this agreement.
Store your gaming session data locally on your device for personal use and record-keeping.
You may NOT:
The Software is licensed, not sold. WB CASINO LOG LTD retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of WB CASINO LOG LTD.
All software code, algorithms, designs, graphics, text, and other content in the application.
Your personal gaming session data, logs, and any data you export from the Software.
Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy. WB Casino Log does not collect personal data. All your gaming session logs and preferences are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to any servers.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WB CASINO LOG LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. WB Casino Log is a personal tracking tool and does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WB CASINO LOG LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination:
WB CASINO LOG LTD may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software. These updates may be automatically downloaded and installed through the App Store. You acknowledge that the Software may require such updates to continue functioning properly.
We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WB CASINO LOG LTD operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
